Rock-Solid Safety for Solo Lifting
These spotter arms are rock solid and give me total confidence training alone in my home gym. The flip-down design is smooth, easy to use, and doesn’t get in the way when not needed. Excellent build quality and exactly what I wanted for safe solo lifting.

Bought for my Rogue Monster rack. Work great.
Save some dollars and buy these safeties instead of Rogue’s.

Safeties
I was stuck between the strap safeties and these flip downs. I have to say I thing I made the right choice. So much better than my last rack with pin and bar safeties.
