This product is well tolerated. No digestive or nervous system side effects. We’ve only been taking a few weeks, so too soon to ‘feel’ it working, but looking forward to self assessment as we stay constant and consistent with daily useage. Wonderful company to deal with: great products, fair prices, big selection, responsive & attentive customer service.
