ok. I am enamored with these vinegars. the 25 yr reserve and the 18 yr traditional are outstanding with oil and herbs for dipping bread. but what I'm really loving is the versatility of the flavored versions. a few teaspoons of honeybell orange or black cherry with angostura orange bitters and strait sparkling water makes a fabulous and super healthy soda! espresso goes in my barbacoa sauce, black walnut goes with toasted walnuts and goat cheese in any salad (beet is best.). too much fun. exceptional quality. I keep an array handy.

First time I drizzled it on some broiled Asian I was hooked. Just a little goes a long way. It’s now a go to in my pantry now.

I really enjoy this basalmic, it is the best tasting that I have tried. Yes a fine wine kind a way. Highly recommend and have bought for friends for gifts
