Aji Fillets - Not so great as the last time: Not fresh enough
When Aji Fillet is very fresh it is great to make tataki. This time (shipped in early June) it was not sharp enough. So I marinaded it in soy sauce (seasoned with konbu and a thick slice of katsuobushi) and served on steaming rice with chopped green onion. It was very good!
