Wow - this raises the taco game a bunch of notches. Deep, smokey flavor that makes one forget all that stuff you get in foil envelopes. Fantastic on fajitas as well. Going to try this on other treats as well.

Best Taco Tuesdays I've ever had.

Not all that sophisticated regarding Mexican cuisine that's not on the Taco Bell menu but I definitely can make my own far tastier, especially now that I have some ENAK Taco Seasoning. Still working on the best recipe for long term use.
