Excellent product, they seem to be helping me with sleep and muscle recovery. They've caused no side effects or stomach problems whether I take them with food or on an empty stomach. Also had a fast, helpful reply when I contacted Zooki with some dosage questions. Will continue taking.

Still on first jar but have noticed a marked improvement in sleep quality and length of sleep when I do nod off. Due my second jar soon so looking forward to more positive results. Have tried other Magnesium products which were useless then I tried Zooki. Results are night and day compared with the others.
