I have been using these since trying the 5 night free trial and I am very impressed. After trying many different sleep aids over the years these are far the best aid to help getting a good nights sleep. I would definitely recommend. They also taste great.

Honest review

I got a sample of this and after a week thought this must be a placebo effect. Then I ordered a months supply, it’s a lovely edition to my night time routine that I wouldn’t be without now.

The jury's still out....

I am still trial-ing....but I've only had a few really good night's sleep where I may have woken but got back to a sleep (and a much deeper sleep than I've had for years) almost at once. Otherwise my poor sleep pattern remains the same. Not sure yet whether to continue with another month and see if things improve. Love the taste though! 😃
