Very surprised that this has worked so well in helping with my sleep, have recommended to others within my workplace. However when trying to order more, I have noticed that the price has increased quite significantly? Why is this please ... ?

It works!

I dont know how or why but it does usually help me sleep. Struggling a bit just now due to jet lag but in normal routine its been great.

Night time ritual

I have tried heavy metal sachets for awhile now. They wasn't helping me sleep so I reached out to Jose and the team. They gave me recommendations of different ways to try it.
