I love this product, I take it before bedtime and sleep sooooo well! I give samples to all my friends because I love it so much.

Nice taste, not sure they’re working much in terms of improving my sleep yet, but that might also be the heat!

I have troubled sleeping, I wake up two to three times every night. I also play a lot of tennis and I used to get cramps on my calves, but not anymore after I’ve been taking zooki magnesium. I have full sleep and don’t have muscle cramps anymore! Would recommend taking it if you’re active or you have trouble sleeping.
