The product is great. We like that we can depend on the quality always being top notch.i appreciate the easy opening of the container and that there are numerous ways to repurpose the containers. We feel that it helps give us a relax8ng sleep. I recommend the product.

I love this. I couldn't really tell that it was helping until I forgot to take it one day and that night I did not sleep well at all. Woke up multiple times. This definitely has helped me and is a definite game changer.

Love the clear ingredients and information, the packaging is awesome, fast shipping. I haven't used it long enough yet to comment on better absorption, but this is a win so far!
