WiO Salted Caramel Peanut Butter

Honestly, the peanut butter is great and we love it. However! I placed my order 2 weeks ago and had to follow up by email asking when it was going to arrive, only to receive an email stating that several of my items were canceled/refunded due to them being “back ordered”. They did not tell me when my other items would arrive (again, it’s been 2 weeks with no communication other than my order confirmation). When i followed up on the ETA and said that doesn’t seem right that I am paying $40 for shipping for a few jars of peanut butter since they only refunded what I paid for the canceled items, they refunded me half the shipping fee (still too much in my opinion). Then i was told that my peanut butter would ahip out today (Friday). With the holiday weekend, it will likely be 3 weeks before I receive anything. I am a very loyal WIO customer and have experienced several delays in the oast, but this time I am disappointed in WIO’s handling of my order.

I love the taste. But i was a little disappointed in the amount of peanut butter in the container. They were both a little over half full! Paying this much for 2 jars of peanut butter you would think they would be full containers. So if this is what it is like every time i will not be ordering again. Which is discouraging because the product is delicious.

Absolutely delicious. It tastes like regular peanut butter with a caramel sauce mixed in. Yet it's low calorie and low fat! What's not to love!
