Take the Plunge

This might be the best thing I've ever purchased in my life, to include cars, homes, and engagement rings. What is else is there to say? It makes delicious espresso and coffee. It's easy and intuitive to use. The interface is clear and you don't need to learn Morse code to understand the blips and beeps of the machine. It tells you what it needs and if you comply, you are rewarded with delicious bean juice. It's beautiful. Majestic even. No countertop will be complete without this machine or one of its cousins. If you consider yourself a serious coffee drinker, my advice to you is this - buy the darn thing.

Decent, but had to return

Functionally the machine worked great. We really only drink espresso so there were several functions we didn’t utilize. Unfortunately, after trying everything, we had to return it. We could just never get the quality of shots we wanted. The coffee was ok but lacked the flavor we had grown used to with Gagia. So we continue to hunt for a solution. Also, unfortunately, the return shipping to Whole Latte Love cost us $160. We wouldn’t have risked it with the machine had we known that before purchasing. That’s not on them, it was just way more expensive than I would have guessed to return the machine.

Sensational Coffee. Great quality. A bit noise, but works great!
