Excellent product and awesome customer service
When my pans arrived the lids for the 14 inch pan was broken. I notified them the night I opened them and I received a response from them the next day. They shipped out my lid that day and I received my lid in a week. This was at Christmas time and mail was slow and I live quite a long distance from them. I feel they went above and beyond to resolve this issue. I love the pans and would highly recommend them and there customer service is fabulous
