Saucing
Fits tight, keeps the sauce warm, and when necessary allows for perfect adjustments in heat. I used it along with the skillet to make some greens, collard, kale, char, all together. Little garlic and oil, reduced and wilted perfectly.

Solid lid
Works good for speeding up cooking time. Easy to clean and use. Recommend using an oven mitt or towel when removing if the pan is being used over an extended period of time

Amazing
Browned hamburger for first use. Second use was eggs - no stick at all, incredible surface!
Looks amazing, cooks great. This was a first Smithey in the house, certainly won’t be the last.
