I chose these as my free gift from Netrition. I love to get free things with orders and I love these gliders. I immediately tested them out and they got my heart rate up after just a few minutes. They are so easy to use on any surface, tile, hardwood or carpet, I tried all three. They made me sore in muscles I didn’t know I had. I had actually never even heard of gliders before receiving them and now I won’t ever not use them. They came in a neat little bag and you can take them anywhere for a quick workout. I’m going to try them on grass and see what happens.
