Worth every penny.
This isn't the narrow and flexible type of fillet knife I'm used to, but I knew that before I bought it. However, it's an amazing knife and much more versatile than the name suggests. Ergonomically it's nearly perfect and very maneuverable. The factory edge is like a razor, the grind angle and blade shape help it move through pretty much anything easily. On top of performance, Shun makes some of the most beautiful knives out there.
