Great Utility Knife
Picked the Kaizen as a compliment to a Miyabi Artisan. I was not disappointed. While both knives are designed to do the same tasks, I wanted the Kaizen for its blade material to contrast the Artisan's. I generally choose the Kaizen one day and the Artisan the next. Variety is the spice of life. I still use my full set of Zwilliing knives too (which are wonderful to work with). I tend to use the Zwilling for the more mundane chores and heavier duty tasks, saving the Kaizen and Artisan for the more delicate tasks. I will likely be adding a Miyabi chef's knife from Cutlery and More in the future. Great company and excellent service.
