I've gotten a bunch of different Japanese Knives here on this site and I love all of them. And none of them are gonna go through what I'm going put this Zwilling through. TLDR; this is gonna be the main workhorse in my kitchen. And the paring knife is a nice extra

Great knives and a good value

I am really happy with both of these knives! I have one other Zwilling Pro in my collection, and I knew these would be great additions. I love the sloped partial bolster as it feels perfect for the pinch grip. Both knives are super sharp out of the box, and the quality and attention to detail in the manufacturing is immediately apparent when you pick them up. I’ll be hard pressed to deviate from the Zwilling Pro line when I’m shopping for German style knives in the future. I highly recommend them!
