Nice sharpness and balance

This is my third Yaxell Ketu. All of the knifes have been well balanced and have kept their edge since I purchased them. The first ones were for Christmas and I use them every day with just a finishing strip after each use.

Impressive!

This little knife caught me by surprise. It seems small looking at it, the handle seems longer than the blade! But this gives a feeling of control and precision when prepping. Feels intuitive and comfortable...like an old t-shirt. It was also sharp as all get out, straight outta the box. 10 outta 10, would buy it again.
