Magnet came out of original ordered sheath. Contacted customer service and in less than a week had received a replacement. Customer service prompt and pleasant. Wonderful experience. have recommended this company to numerous people. Will definitely order from them again.

Serves it's purpose

I serves it's purpose for protecting the blade of my Enso SG2, but I am disappointed in the magnet system. They are so weak that when I put my knife in my drawer it partially slides out. For the price I would expect better quality or at least a peg to ensure the knife doesn't slide out. I create a peg hole myself.
