Superb spatula

Not an inexpensive item, but well worth it! Built to last a lifetime and an excellent feel in the hand…it has a curved edge that works very well to get under and lift what’s cooking…the blade has an excellent stiffness well suited to pick up heavier items without issue. The edge is perfect to scrape non-stick surfaces as well.
