Wusthof Classic 4 Piece Hollow Edge Steak Knife Set

Great knives!

These Wusthof knives are wonderful, they cut through steak like going through hot butter! Time will tell how well they hold their edge, but for now, we love them!

A Samurai would be happy with these.

I’ve used these on rib eyes and filet mignon. They sliced through the meat like butter; No effort or having to saw back and forth. And they filled up the four empty slots at the bottom of my Wustof block. I would highly recommend these!
