I purchased this serrated paring knife to include in my collection of Wusthof cutlery and am well pleased with the purchase. This knife is perfect for soft fruit, tomatoes and even dense cheeses. The handle and blade are very sturdy. It cleans easily and should hold a sharp edge if used properly. I am an intermediate skill level home cook and I am so glad I chose to invest in Wusthof knives for my kitchen. The stay incredibly sharp and for me, are comfortable to handle.
