Wusthof Classic 2.75" Trimming Knife

Awesome tiny knife

Wusthof quality as expected. This little knife is going to get a lot of use. It is very very handy for trimming, that sharp little blade is perfect and easy to work with. It is a knife you can get by without for sure, but it's nice to have the perfect tool for the job when you can. I wish the small size would equate to a bit lower price, but I knew I would have it forever so that's ok.

I got this as a gift for my best friend who absolutely hates fat in any meat dish. In fact, her grandma would often tease her about her, picking us on the matter back home in Europe.
