I thought it was an 8 inch chefs knife that I was going to get but I was incorrect. I guess it’s maybe 6 inches. It is good steel it’s very sharp. And the paring knife is very small handle, male with a medium large hand. Oh well that’s OK.

This is a great combo and truly provides all the “knife” you need to put you on the right starter path. These two knives basically anything you need to do.

Wusthof Excellence

This is superb kitchen cutlery, hands-down. It will be nice to use blades that will hold a edge (58 Rc), way better than the junk knives that we had been using. Really fast delivery, too! Highly pleased.
