Love this knife
I love the sharpness, weight, grip, and balance. It just begs to be used. The knife is so sharp that there is nearly no moisture on the cutting board after chopping onions, cilantro, potatoes, etc. No bruising of the vegetables.

Love this knife!
Unbelievably sharp. I have compared this knife to several of my German and American knives and the Kiritsuke is smoother, takes less effort, and slices through vegetables like butter. And it’s absolutely beautiful with all the exposed layers of metal.
