Everyday Carry Scissors?

I had a pair of Joyce Chen shears that were great for snipping herbs and delicate work, and they disappeared. I replaced them with these and am glad I did. Yes they're insanely sharp, but also the handle is more comfortable, they come with me to the garden more than my Felco shears, and the herb stripper actually works. I've always frustratingly ripped the stems of thyme, but these actually strip the leaves without ripping it. Highly recommend.
