Sharpest knife I own, it pulled off an out of the box 112 BESS score from my Edge On Up tester. The handle is raw but beautiful and I treated it with Boos oil and then the wax to protect the wood. And the Damascus cladding really stands out. This is the third Miyabi Black knife in my collection and I'm waiting for the Kiritsuke to come back into stock.
