Kramer Carbon 2.0 6" Chef's Knife Is Great
I have been using my Kramer 6" Chef's knife every day for a few weeks now and I love it. It is extremely well made and beautifully finished. It is very comfortable to use and well balanced. I chose the 6" instead of the larger chef's knife for my small kitchen work area. It is a little heavier than I expected. I am used to my hand made Shi-Han knife that is much lighter. But it is easy to get used to the weight. I love the curve of the blade for preparing vegetables. The depth of the blade gives plenty of clearance to keep my knuckles off the cutting board. It is beginning to acquire a nice carbon steel patina. This is now my go-to knife in the kitchen. I highly recommend the Kramer 6" Carbon 2.0 Chef's Knife.
