Beautiful and razor sharp
This is the 7th or 8th knife I’ve bought from C&M. I now only buy kitchen knives that are made from hard steel (Myabi and Steelport) with HRC 62+. These are heirloom knives that are razor sharp, stay sharp, and make cutting anything in the kitchen a breeze. You can’t go wrong!

Enso Boning Knife
My father was a butcher and the shape of this knife reminded me of him and his favorite work knife.
As of the time of this writing, I have not used this knife but I am eggar to put it use.
The fit and finish of the knife is exceptional.
I feel that the ENZO Boning Knife is a great addition to my cutlery collection .
