Excellent slicer
The k-tip makes this knife! With a nice length of 9inches the k-tip brings more of the blade down at the end of the knife letting you cut long clean slices. Great for roasts or slicing up chops for sandwiches. As always, the fit and finish of Enso knives is first rate!

I love this beauty!
I am a sushi chef and use a 10.6" sujihiki slicing knife during work. However, it was a bit too long for maneuverability in a small cluttered work space. So I purchased this 9" slicing knife and I have to say this thing is both a beauty and a beast (in a good way). It's super sharp, slices thru fish and maki rolls with ease, and so nimble due to its shorter length. 9" is the perfect length during restaurant service. Not too short to slice thru fish in one stroke, and not too long to be cumbersome. I am very happy with this purchase.
