Replacement Straps

Never Received my Order.

Spent 35$ on my order including tracking for shipping. It has never been delivered. I contacted them 3 times and they didn’t really seem to care too much. I wouldn’t trust my dogs life if he got lost for some reason if the Customer Service is that awful. I finally asked PayPal to get me a refund. They gave me 11$ not the full 35$ I received literally nothing, no product and they didn’t have the decency to refund my money or send a replacement. Poor customer service equals no trust we from your clients. Horrible experience.
