I actually returned this because I bought a smaller size for my dog & it was too small! I got a response with instructions on returning pretty quickly. I was skeptical that it would work out, but so far everything has been great. I love it that customer service for a return is just as good as customer service for a purchase. GOOD JOB!

I love it. Max walks perfect with it. I was under the impression that I had ordered the matching leash as well. I guess I’ll wait until I get paid and place the order. We love it 😊
