the new collar for Julia is a great product, very well manufactured and comfortable for our Toy Poodle. She does not feel any constraints and walks with no issues with this new collar. Thank you for making a great product.

Thank you for sending the smaller size. It fits her perfectly. And you were right about the harness. The snap must’ve been new and need to be broken in. It’s still a little hard to undo, but I’ve managed to undo it.

Very nice harness and easy to put on, however not enough ability to tighten - my pup pulled out of the harness when I was ahead of her. I do like that the personalized name tags have velcro so you can remove them; in retrospect I’m not sure I want my phone number so prominently displayed- perhaps this could be positioned somewhere more discreet
