Unfortunately, it did not work for my dog. It only worked for my cats. I tried to ask for a refund for my dogs tag, but they would not produce it. I would’ve gave zero stars, but I gave two because it did work for my cat, but I’m very unhappy. And will not order again because they don’t keep their word as a guarantee your money back if it doesn’t work :(
