Very nicely packed in zipable bags. Rice Midlins/Grits made a wonderful risotto. The Charleston Gold rice makes a perfect dish texture and taste wise. These are not your run-of-the-mill grains. Pretty much show-versions of the food they represent. Site, shipping, etc all professional. Go Rollen!
