Amazing!
I reviewed Foodocracy's recommendation of using Kombu to cook beans. I was skeptical, but I am now an addict! I cannot cook beans without this "secret" ingredient. Kombu beans for life!

Total Game Changer
My husband was having trouble eating beans more than once a week, then I switched to cooking the beans with Kombu and it's been a night and day difference for us! I never want to run out of Kombu.
