These beans are outstanding. They have a creamy, delicious flavor and great texture. They only need a day to soak before cooking as opposed to most beans that need three days. Fantastic beans, I highly recommend them.

I absoulately loved the beans and the Dijon mustard. I hate to say it, but I am becoming a real bean lover! The beans from Foodcracy are the the absoulately very best!! And the Dijon mustard makes a burger sing! And anything else you want to use it on/with. Thank you Foodocracy.
