Great way to taste different seafood

So far I have enjoyed the product that I eventually received but I am very disappointed in the customer service surrounding my order. I was shipped the wrong product, I was told the correct product would go out immediately, but the shipment was held until I shipped back the incorrect product. I asked for multiple updates which were ignored, had I known the shipment was on hold until I shipped the return I would have prioritized getting it done. Hopefully this is a rare scenario but it was my first order so I am disappointed and I feel lied to.
