Disappointed this time

I have loved this Alligator jerky twice before not just for it's flavor, but especially for it's texture. It's the chewy AND stringy texture that provides a prolonged treat. At such a high price with S&H, it is only worth the money because of these factors. This last package had the flavor and fairly chewy texture, but only about one-third of the meat was stringy. This lead me to doubting that the product was 100 percent Alligator. I don't know what else would account for it. I probably won't buy it again.
