Hurom - Chamber Set (5 Pcs) - White (HP-WWB12)

Never received item purchased

I ordered the item over two weeks ago and still have not received it as of today. Well I ordered this originally I was told I would have it in five business days. Last week I called your customer service number both Tuesday and Wednesday. Both days I was told that it has arrived in the warehouse and I would receive a email with the tracking information. I have not received an email and I have to call again a third time looking for this item. I had to purchase this replacement piece because it has already stopped working I cannot open it this is the fourth one that I have purchased in the last several years and your customer service is extremely disappointing.
