I was able to use the replacement chamber and it temporarily solved the problem (the solution lasted maybe 2 months on and off). Unfortunately, after following the instructions given, the inner basket stopped rotating even at the start of the juicing process. I still love my Hurom, however, I'm now researching other brands...Thank you for the follow up! Blanca

I’d like to say my experience was great! But...

I simply haven’t received the order yet. Someone told me it might be a few weeks. That was about a month ago. I hope it comes soon so I can complete this review with unbridled enthusiasm. :)
