Nice except for cleaning hassle - Great Customer Service response

After watching the video on how to take apart the lid for washing, I was able to do it several times with ease. But when I went to reassemble the lid to use it the first time, a part broke off the bottom piece that pokes through the lid for the sliding button to attach to. The sliding button was wobbly after that. I filed a claim online for the warranty and had a response in less than 48 hours. I expected they would tell me to send it back or just send me a new lid. Instead, they told me to keep what I had and sent me a credit for an entirely new Smoothsip slider + shipping. I was very pleased that I could purchase a new one without the hassle of returning the old one, or having to cover shipping. The new one works great. Keeps my drink hot and is easy to travel with.

Keeps my coffee nice and warm!! I'm glad they have an option for coffee now. I don't understand the difference between the inside being ceramic or stainless steel, but I like it either way
