Replacement Lids

I cant tell you enough good things about Owala customer service! I bought a cup for my son for Christmas. The top was defective, I emailed them and they immediately sent me a gift card for the amount of the lid plus shipping. User error on my end and the gift card didnt work. I emailed them once again, they didnt hesitate to cancel that order and mail me the lid, using the gift card. Wonderful quality cup, lid and customer service! Way to go Owala!!

Perfect fit and color options

My husband bought an Owala back when they first came out, at K-Mart, like a decade ago. Way before they became a popular and trendy bottle. There were no fancy colors and combinations at the time. His was solid cobalt blue with a matching blue lid. Recently, it was dropped the handle broke off. It was fun to be able to get a replacement that had more variations but still included a similar cobalt ring. We were able to save the straw and the new lid looks great. No complaints.

Love my Owala

After many drops, the handle on my Owala lid broke. I was very pleased I was able to replace it for a reasonable price, and that it arrived quickly! And many colors for the perfect match!
