This was a replacement part order as the original juicer would not juice pears amd apples. The consistency was like applesauce. The unit juiced celery, lemon, turmeric, ginger just fine. So i decided to use the new top set only for apples and pears. Within this short period of time the new parts are making sauce not juice...again. This is beyond frustrating, a waste of money, time and impacts my health as i rely on the hurom to help me heal thru food, ie juicing. I did notice when the replacement parts came they create a strong suction, vacuum like seal. I don't know what's going on but this machine is not for everything. I normally try to juice 8 apples twice a week and 4 pears a week when in prime season. I dont think thsts too much to ask of any juicer.
