Works great. Customer service and shipping was slow.
I had a Huron that I love. It recently stopped spinning so I contacted support to see what were my options. They asked me to send the entire thing in. It took about 2-3 weeks back but I received a message saying everything was fine with my juicer and it was being shipped back. The juicer interior would spin when empty, but as soon as food was inside, it would stop spinning. I let them k or that and customer service said the only option would be to replace the chamber parts which was around $170 to $180. I paid the invoice and then waited… and waited… and waited. Nothing came. I reached out for support but received no response for a few days. Finally, a few days after this I received a notification that it had shipped. It took me nearly two months to resolve this. For someone that juices daily, that felt like an eternity waiting for a resolution. Juicer works perfect now and I’m back to normal. I was just surprised at how slow the customer service response was.
