It tastes good, Giving up oats was hard because I'm trying the keto diet. But this I can do. As much as I don't like the portion size, it's really small, it does help me keep control of my carb intake and does not mess up my ketone production

Better than oatmeal

I make my over night oats with this in place of regular oats. Its awesome
