Ginger & Spice With Curry Is Nice - Dip Mix

Best Chicken Soup Ever!!

Members of my family had horrible colds/bronchitis. Some of them asked for homemade chicken soup. I started preparing, chopping onions, carrots, bell peppers, etc. My daughter in law suggested adding a bit of curry to help open the nasal passages. I added Ginger and Spice with Curry is Nice (interchangeable with Thai One On). Now I don’t make chicken soup without it!! Members of our church ask for it! I LOVE using these dip mixes as seasonings for all my cooking. P.S. I grind my mixes in a blender and store in quart size mason jars.

Tried 2 ways, as the spread with the cream cheese and mayo, and as the dip with sour cream and mayo, which we liked better. Didn’t try with yogurt. Curry too mild, ginger weak, combo of ingredients, not sure what.

I first bought this combo years ago in a gift shop and loved it. I add it to all sorts of dishes, including egg salad and potato salad. I couldn't find it again but had saved the label and found it on line directly from To Market To Market. I love your products.
