You don’t have to be vegan to love these! They are an excellent low calorie, high protein nugget option.I also like to rehydrate them in whatever flavor vibe you want (I often go ranch), cut them into pieces and bake until crispy to make high protein croutons!

Great macros

I love this vegan protein option because the macros are unbeatable. Is it the tastiest meat alternative out there? No. The texture reminds me of spongy bread...not quite a meat-like texture. I was assuming their texture would be similar to soy curls, but they are not the same. I do prefer the flavor (or lack thereof) to the say grace protein vs. Butler's soy curls. I will try the shreds next to see if they have a better texture.
