Great protein source

I'm a big fan of the shreds but this size is nice too. Very versatile and can't beat the macros.

Great vegan substitute for chicken tenders!

Boiled in no-chicken broth, added worcestershire, basalmic and spices, then breaded and fried in olive oil. Used them to make "chicken" parm. Family loved it; just enough left for a snack tomorrow.
